Roasted Chicken
Recipe ingredients:
4 Skinned chicken breasts
( 5-6 oz. each )
1/3 cup soy sauce
3/4 cups water
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp.rosemary
1 bay leaf
Prepare your recipe:
Preheat oven to 375 °.Wash and pat dry chicken breats.Place in roasting pan and add water.Pour soy sauce over chicken and sprinkle with garlic and rosemary.
Place bay leaf into roasting pan.Bake for 45 minutes ,basting every 10 mins. until tender and golden brown
Makes 4 servings.

Easy ground Low Calorie Turkey Chile
Recipe ingredients:
2 cans red kidney beans ( drained )
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion ( quartered and sliced )
1 green bell pepper ( chopped )
1 pound ground Turkey
1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
1 can mild green chile peppers
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 small bay leaf
Prepare your Low cal Chile recipe:
In a large skillet, brown the onion, pepper, and ground Turkey in oil (drain).
Add the tomatoes, chile peppers, tomato sauce, and seasonings.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, add a little water if needed to keep from sticking, stir frequently.
Add red kidney beans and cook 15 more mintues.
Serves 6
