Peach Cobbler Recipe
4 fresh peaches
(peeled pitted and thinly sliced)
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup multi grain pancake mix
1 tbsp.honey
1 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tbsp. water
Prepare
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay peach slices in a 8x8x2" baking pan.In small saucepan mix cinnamon , sugar and cornstarch.Stir in 1/2 cup cold water until cornstarch is dissolved.Over medium heat stir until boiling about 2 minutes or until thick.Pour mixture over peaches.Mix cobbler topping in a small mixing bowl combine pancake mix , honey and oil with 2 tbsp. water.Stir until blended and crumble over peaches.Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.Sever warm or cold.
Pear Cobbler Recipe
1 medium pear
( peeled and sliced )
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dried cranberries
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. oatmeal
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
Prepare
Preheat oven to °375 F. Butter 2 10oz. baking dishes.Divide pear slices and cranberries into buttered dishes.In small bowl mix brown sugar , flour and cinnamon.Cut in butter until crumbly,Stir in oatmeal and almonds ,sprinkle topping over fruit in baking dishes.Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.Serve warm or cold.
