Easy Banana Bread with walnuts
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
2 egg whites slightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cooking oil

Preparing your recipe
In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a mixing bowl stir together banana, walnuts, sugar, egg whites and oil. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture.
Spray an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray coating. Spread batter in baking pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool bread in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool thoroughly on a wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf of Banana Bread
